  • Orders that have been placed for more than 48 hours or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may wait until the item is delivered and then request a return in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within the applicable timeframe. Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Cancellation requests submitted after shipment cannot be processed as cancellations.
